The Daluz Editorial team covers business, culture, leadership, and modern ambition through the lens of women building influence, companies, and legacy.

Daluz Magazine’s inaugural recognition program will name the women defining American business, culture, and public life.

The Daluz Awards launch this year. The inaugural class will name the 5,000 most inspirational American women working today.

Honorees will be drawn from business, public service, science, education, the arts, advocacy, the trades, and athletics.

This is the largest recognition program for American women ever produced.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for inspirational stories. Women whose work, leadership, or impact has moved others — whether the audience is national or local, whether the field is celebrated or overlooked. The most inspiring women are often not the most famous ones. The Daluz Awards exist to recognize them.

The categories

Business and Commerce. Founders, operators, and senior executives.

Public Service. Elected officials, civil servants, judges, and policy leaders.

Science and Medicine. Researchers, clinicians, and public health leaders.

Education. Teachers, professors, administrators, and education innovators.

Arts and Culture. Writers, artists, performers, and cultural institution leaders.

Trades and Skilled Work. Tradeswomen and craftspeople shaping their fields.

Advocacy and Community. Organizers, nonprofit leaders, and movement builders.

Athletics. Athletes, coaches, and sports executives.

Recognition

Each honoree receives a feature in Daluz Magazine, a badge for professional use, and a digital certificate.

Recognition is permanent. Honorees of the inaugural class remain honorees of the inaugural class. Future cohorts will be named annually.

What’s next

The first honorees will be announced in waves throughout the year, with profiles published on a rolling basis.

We are also in the works of launching a print edition of Daluz Magazine — and we’ll be honored to feature our awardees in print as well.

We can’t wait to begin sharing these stories. The first names will be revealed soon.
